Qualifications

• Proven experience independently owning and delivering complex software or infrastructure programs end-to-end.
• Strong technical intuition and understanding of basic engineering concepts with distilling complex design and process problems.
• Expert communicator capable of influencing without authority and driving alignment in high-ambiguity environments.
• Demonstrated executive presence, including communication with senior leadership, articulating trade-offs, and driving decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with software engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with engineering and product to define and deliver project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones.
• Authoritatively presenting project status to multi-functional teams and executive management.
• Offering cross-functional management for Xcode, interacting with cross-functional teams to deliver on projects.
• Working independently and proactively to influence other teams to drive project outcomes.
• Operating internal tools and bug tracking software to assess progress and update plans.
