Job summary

Apple's Xcode Previews and Live Coding teams seek an engineer who loves to learn and to work across languages, compilers, frameworks like SwiftUI and FoundationModels, operating systems, and UI development. Xcode Previews touch every part of the system, from Swift grammar to app development and agentic workflows, impacting both developer tools and OS components.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience with Swift writing apps or frameworks.
• Led development of a major cross functional feature.
• Proficient with one of the following concurrency approaches: dispatch queues or Swift concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Work at the cross section of languages, compilers, frameworks like SwiftUI and FoundationModels, operating systems, and user interface development.
• Develop components built into all of our operating systems, as well as technology and experiences used by Xcode and other developer tools that bring the developer's code to life.
