Responsibilities

Below is a high-level overview of the role responsibilities, with detailed discussion during the interview process:

• Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
• Observe patients, chart changes, and report adverse reactions or condition changes, taking necessary actions.
• Operate or oversee X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their safety and comfort during scans.
• Ensure imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
• Assist patients using Virtual Medicine Providers.
• Complete and forward patient charts accurately and timely.
• Adhere to the company's Core Values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete all preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training of new staff.
• Welcome new employees, conduct facility tours, and overview clinic processes.
• Develop and review training plans, communicate progress, and submit evaluations.

Experience Requirements and Preferences

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinical or Urgent Care setting.
• For Indiana residents: a State License and proof of ARRT License are required.

Education and License Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT certification, and Full Scope State License.
