Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and clinical tasks.
• Monitor patients, document changes, and respond to adverse reactions or conditions.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition.
• Prepare and manage supplies and equipment.
• Assist with Virtual Medicine Provider services.
• Accurately complete and forward patient charts daily.

• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a friendly work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training plans.
• Welcome and orient new employees, including facility tours and process overviews.
• Develop and review training plans, communicate progress, and submit evaluations.
• Complete final training assessments and documentation.

Experience and Education

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• For Indiana residents: Hold a State License and ARRT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT certification, and full scope license required.
