Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for Nashville, TN on a PRN basis. The role involves performing portable X-ray exams in ER settings across hospital and freestanding facilities, with emphasis on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Requirements include 1 year post-graduation experience, RT (R) or ARR T plus state licensure as needed, BLS/CPR, valid license, and strong interpersonal skills. Travel/local coverage may be part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience post-graduation
• RT (R),(ARRT) certification and state licensure as required
• Valid Driver's License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass health requirements for hospital employment including drug screen and background check
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications

Responsibilities

• Managing patients during complex procedure exams using portable X-Ray and other equipment; solving minor equipment problems
• Lead with empathy; communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring a smile to work daily
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness
• Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
• Proficiency with necessary diagnostic equipment and modalities
• Additional tasks as needed
