Roshal Health is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for PRN shifts in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on performing radiographic procedures in ER settings, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.

Candidates should have post-graduation radiography experience, ARRT certification and state licensure where required, plus BLS/CPR. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience post-graduation is required.
• RT (R),(ARRT) and State licensure where necessary.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills expected.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Must pass health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Ability to use mobile devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients during complex procedure exams.
• Operate portable X-ray and other X-ray equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Lead with empathy and communicate professionally with patients.
• Maintain a positive attitude and customer-focused service.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and colleagues effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency with diagnostic equipment.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

X-Ray Requirements
