Job summary

Roshal Health in Nashville, TN seeks an X-Ray Technologist for PRN coverage with the ER and hospital settings. You will operate portable X-ray equipment, assist physicians, and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

The role requires a minimum 1 year post-graduation, RT (R),(ARRT) licensing where required, BLS/CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Travel and on-call shifts may be included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience post‑graduation.
• RT (R),(ARRT), and State licensure where necessary.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications.

Responsibilities

• Managing patients during complex procedure exams.
• Use of portable X‑Ray machine and other X‑Ray equipment.
• Solve minor equipment problems.
• Lead with empathy: Communicate compassionately & professionally with patients.
• Sparkle: Bring a smile to work every day.
• Shine: Maintain equipment and area cleanliness.
