Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current certification/registration as a radiographer.
• Experience with fixed and portable radiographic exams.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations using fixed and portable imaging equipment.
• Position patients and adjust factors to obtain quality images.
• Provide patient care and explain procedures ensuring safety.
• Operate and maintain radiography equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain radiology records and participate in QA and infection control.
