Qualifications

X-Ray Technologist - Immediate Interviews

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly-skilled, experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. We aim to provide a best-in-class patient experience through teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms.
• Perform nursing duties: measure vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and clinical tasks.
• Monitor and report patient conditions.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Ensure imaging equipment is operational.
• Maintain supplies and assist with virtual medicine providers.
• Complete patient charts accurately and timely.
• Adhere to company core values and maintain positive relations with clients and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:

• Complete preceptor training and participate in onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding processes.
• Participate in training evaluations and submit progress reports.

Experience & Education:

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Indiana residents: must hold a State License and ARRT License.

Licenses & Compliance:

• Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT certification, and Full Scope License required.
