Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with clinical tasks like measuring vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Monitor patients during X-Ray procedures, explain procedures, and ensure safety and comfort.
• Operate X-Ray equipment, maintain supplies, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Document and update patient charts accurately and promptly.
• Promote core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality, and friendliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:

• Complete preceptor training and participate in onboarding new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for training and evaluations.

Experience and Education:

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Indiana residents require a State License and ARRT certification.

Licenses: Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT certification, or full scope license as applicable.
