Responsibilities:

  • Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management issues.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
  • Observe and report patient condition changes, including adverse reactions.
  • Operate or oversee X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explain procedures to patients and ensure their safety and comfort during scans.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers.
  • Complete and forward patient charts accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to the company's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:
  • Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
  • Manage onboarding and training processes with Learning and Development.
  • Conduct welcome, tours, and process overviews for new employees.
  • Establish and review training plans and schedules.
  • Submit weekly evaluations of trainees and communicate progress or concerns.
  • Complete final evaluation and submit Proof of Proficiency forms.
Experience & Education:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
  • For Indiana residents: Must hold a State License and proof of ARRT License.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

License: Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT Certification, and Full Scope State License.
