Concentra in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine x-ray examinations under clinician supervision and support in other facility areas. The role emphasizes delivering high‑quality patient care, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes DOT/non-DOT testing, patient prep, vital signs, phlebotomy, vaccines, and front/back office support.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and state certification.
• ARRT registration with active certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist in positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment and ensure safe exposure.
• Maintain radiology workflows and accurate EMR documentation.
• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug/alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and assist clinicians.
• Dispense medications and DME per clinician orders and state regulations.
• Maintain equipment and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed.
• Handle clerical duties and ensure HIPAA compliance.
