Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology preferred.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• CA and HI Radiologic Tech license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license required in CA within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body areas as ordered by physicians.
• Positions patients and instructs them prior to examination; prepares equipment and room for imaging.
• Produces diagnostic images, documents exam information and reports important findings to the physician.
• Verifies exams on PACS and performs other related duties as assigned.
