Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience: Associate's Degree in radiologic technology preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: ARRT-R required.
• Oregon licensure: OBMI Radiologic Technologist License required in OR.
• BLS certification required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as ordered by physicians.
• Positions and instructs patients prior to examination.
• Adjusts voltage, current and exposure time for each radiograph.
• Produces diagnostic images and documents exam information.
• Verifies exams on PACS and reports important information to physicians.
