Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an X-ray Technologist in Texas to deliver vital diagnostic imaging services in a hospital-styled setting. You will work a 3x12 day shift schedule, Thursday through Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with structured workdays and midweek time off.

Responsibilities include performing radiologic procedures, operating X-ray equipment, following physician orders, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate EMR records.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
• Proficiency in X-ray imaging procedures and equipment operation.
• Hospital imaging department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures to assist diagnosis and patient management.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment per protocols and safety standards.
• Follow physician orders for exam types and patient positioning.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document records and images in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate results.
• Uphold infection control and regulatory compliance.
