Job Responsibilities
  • Perform satisfactory radiographic procedures as requested by physicians.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, producing quality radiographs.
  • Assist patients by lifting and transporting via wheelchair or stretcher.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Reduce patient anxiety by explaining procedures and answering questions.
  • Prepare patients for radiographic procedures with proper dressing, positioning, and equipment setup.
  • Practice radiation safety by using protective techniques and devices.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Certificate or degree in radiologic technology required.
  • State of Tennessee X-ray Operators License required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Orthopedic X-ray experience preferred.
  • C-Arm experience a plus.
Additional Details
  • Willingness to float to other TOA locations as needed.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with possible rotating shifts 6 days on, 6 days off.
