Job summary

Humanitary Medical Center in Brandon, FL is seeking a part-time X-Ray Technician to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will perform high-quality X-ray examinations, ensure patient safety and comfort, and support physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.

The role requires completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, current X-Ray Technician certification, and a valid state license. Preference given to those with hospital experience and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current certification as an X-Ray Technician from a recognized body.
• Valid state license to practice as an X-Ray Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations on patients as per physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and assist in patient care.
