• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and protect patients and staff from radiation hazards.
• Operate radiographic equipment and take x-rays per physician orders.
• Set appropriate exposure factors and adjust radiographic controls.
• Position patients and capture x-ray images of specified body parts.
• Ensure timely availability of reports and films for physicians.
• Maintain required records and perform quality control checks.
