Per Diem - Varied Days/Flex

Position Description: Performs radiographic exams for patients of all age groups.

Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology - NYS DOH approved two-year program. New York State Department of Health diagnostic radiographic technologist license. Up to one (1) year Radiologic Technologist experience.

Preferred Qualifications: One (1) plus years' experience.

Physical Demands: Heavy lifting and bending. Long periods of standing. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to see and read well. Able to hear and listen to instructions. Sufficient mobility and dexterity of both arms or mechanical substitutes to operate a stretcher, move patients and other Hospital equipment.

• Successfully complete pre-employment physical examination and obtain medical clearance from Stony Brook Southampton's Employee Health Services*
• Successfully complete a 4-panel drug screen*
• Meet Regulatory Requirements for pre-employment screenings.
