Job summary

ATD Technology, LLC is seeking a qualified X-ray Technician to join our RADIOLOGY department in New Jersey. You will perform imaging procedures in accordance with state and professional guidelines, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, NJ State RT License, ARRT, and BLS certification. Shift coverage includes Tue-Fri 7a-3p and Sat 3p-11p, with opportunities in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience as an X-Ray Technician in clinical settings.
• Proficient in setup, use, and troubleshooting of imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of healthcare informatics and imaging software trends.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with GE systems, EPIC EMR, and Sectra PACS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging and treatment per guidelines.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties:

• Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal and professional guidelines
• Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, procedure, physical and physiological comfort of patient
• Monitor need for procedure revisions, coordinate daily imaging procedure, etc
• Other duties as Assigned

Skills:

• 1-3 years' experience as X-Ray Technician
• Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting and proper care of all equipment
• Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments and innovations in hardware and software technology
• Demonstrated initiative, problem identification, resolution and analytical skills are essential as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
• GE Equipment, EMR: EPIC, PACS: Sectra experience

Education:

• Graduate of Accredited Radiography School
• NJ State RT License
• ARRT
• BLS Certified
