Job summary

Physicians Care, an affiliate of Urgent Team, seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technologists in Chattanooga, TN. The role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, and supports Medical Assistant duties while maintaining patient safety and accurate documentation.

The schedule includes a 36–40 hour week with 12-hour weekday shifts and occasional weekends; full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TN State X-Ray License required; ARRT certification preferred.
• BLS certification encouraged; ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and develop film; prepare room and supplies.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties and front desk tasks as needed.
• Document patient vital signs, medical history, and current medications.
• Ensure radiation safety and shielding procedures are followed.
• Maintain and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
