Qualifications

• Must have X-Ray Level I certification.
• X-Ray Level II certification is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Math proficiency with and without calculators; intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Focus on safety and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work practices and follow safety rules.
• Maintain and improve safety in the work environment.
• Meet team production goals while upholding quality standards.
• Read and follow technique card instructions to ensure castings meet specs.
• Accurately record and report results in the required systems.
• Ensure X-Ray equipment is calibrated per specifications.
• Train and guide less experienced employees.
• Interface with engineering and management to propose corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned or of similar complexity.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience acceptable in lieu of diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred; casting industry experience a plus.
• Must have X-Ray Level I certification; Level II preferred.
• Read and write instructions; use arithmetic and basic drawings and charts.
• Demonstrate visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Proficient in math with calculator use and basic computer skills.
