Job summary

Training is on 1st shift, with 2nd shift available and a shift premium applies off shift. Responsibilities include operating X-ray equipment, preparing parts, and pursuing Level II certification under supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires resume and two professional references.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing and/or NDT experience/training.
• Availability for all shifts (including weekend shifts) is necessary; overtime may be required.
• Must pass near vision exam per ISO 18490.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Radiograph and inspect castings, sample parts, and structural members for flaws.
• Document results and perform equipment standardization per work instructions.
• Prepare parts before/after X-ray inspection per instructions.
• Conduct system performance checks per process standards and customer requirements.
• Work toward Level II certification with appropriate guidance.
• Operate X-ray and film processing equipment; comply with attendance and overtime policies.
