Phaxis is seeking an ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Dover, DE. You will perform high-quality X-rays, position patients safely, and collaborate with physicians using modern imaging technology to support accurate diagnoses.

Qualifications

• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (Required)
• Active Delaware Radiologic Technologist License
• Experience with PACS imaging systems
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays using Fusion One PACS
• Position patients safely and accurately for imaging procedures
• Explain procedures and provide compassionate patient care
• Review clinical information with physicians prior to imaging
• Evaluate image quality before submission for interpretation
• Document imaging information in the EMR and PACS systems
• Follow all radiation safety protocols and best practices
• Assist patients with transfers and positioning
• Maintain imaging equipment and exam rooms
• Sterilize equipment using an autoclave
• Help manage clinical inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure outstanding patient care
