Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as ordered by physicians.
• Positions patients and explains procedures prior to examination.
• Adjusts exposure parameters and ensures safety during exams.
• Prepares equipment and exam rooms for imaging procedures.
• Documents exam information and verifies images in PACS.
