Job summary

Airbus Aircraft is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor in Mobile, Alabama to lead a team and manage engineering processes for aircraft production. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 6 years of experience.

You will oversee project coordination, provide technical leadership, and ensure the fulfillment of operational targets while fostering an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong skill set in manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 manufacturing engineers.
• Manage complex rework/repairs and working parties.
• Ensure effective coordination and planning during working party preparation.
