Job summary

Purple Land Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Title Landman to support projects in Campbell and Johnson Counties, Wyoming. This on-site role requires conducting title research using tract indexes and county records, and preparing accurate reports for clients.

The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is required, and advanced degrees or AAPL membership are

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of title research experience in Wyoming (surface, mineral, leasehold).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research county records and tract indexes to determine surface and mineral ownership.
• Analyze results and prepare accurate reports for client submissions.
• Meet daily and weekly deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.
