Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is hiring for our Aquatics team this summer to keep guests safe at wave pools and water attractions. You’ll be on the frontline ensuring a fun, safe experience for all guests.

Qualifications include being at least 15 years old, able to swim 200 yards in 15 minutes, retrieve a 10-pound brick, tread water for two minutes, and lifting yourself out of the pool. A flexible schedule is required for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years or older.
• Must be able to swim 200 yards in 15 minutes, retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of a pool, tread water for two minutes, and lift yourself out of the pool.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to earn the Special Facilities Certification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep a close eye on swimmers in the wave pool, and many exciting water attractions.
• Act as a first responder and jump in the water to keep guests safe.
• Assist guests in and out of rafts and cycle through the line efficiently.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience.
• Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great.

Payrate

$10.50/hr. - $16/hr.
