Job summary

Canada's Wonderland in Marietta, GA is hiring for its Aquatics team this summer. You’ll oversee the wave pool, assist guests, and help keep riders safe while enjoying a fun park environment.

You must be at least 15, be able to obtain CPR certification, have excellent verbal communication, and stand for long periods. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep a close eye on swimmers in the wave pool and other water attractions.
• Act as a first responder and ensure guests wear lifejackets.
• Assist guests in and out of rafts and cycle through the line efficiently.
• Calculate the proper dispatch interval between riders.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience.
• Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great.

Responsibilities:

• Keep a close eye on swimmers in the wave pool, and many exciting water attractions
• Act as a first responder and ensure that our guests are in lifejackets
• Assist guests in and out of rafts and cycle through the line efficiently
• Calculate the proper dispatch interval between riders
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
• Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great

Payrate: $10.50/hr.

Qualifications:

• Must be 15 years or older
• Must be able to learn and obtain CPR certification provided by the park
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to stand 7-8 hrs at a time
• Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays when needed.
