Job summary

Wallwork Inc. is seeking a Shop Foreman in Great Falls to lead a team of diesel technicians. This hands‑on role involves supervising, mentoring, and supporting the shop staff while assisting with diagnostics and repairs.

The ideal candidate has several years of diesel experience and prior supervisory responsibilities, with strong diagnostic and customer-service skills. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years diesel technician experience or related certification
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to diesel technicians
• Mentor technicians and assist with challenging diagnostics and repairs
• Perform truck repairs and maintenance as needed
• Help coordinate workflow and ensure work is completed efficiently

About the Position

The Shop Foreman is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising, mentoring, and supporting our diesel technicians. This is a working foreman role—you will assist with diagnostics and repairs while helping the shop operate safely, efficiently, and productively.

The ideal candidate is an experienced diesel technician who enjoys developing others, solving problems, and helping a team deliver quality work and excellent customer service.
