• Active or developing scholarly agenda in rhetoric/ composition or writing studies.

Responsibilities

• Teach rhetoric and composition courses and upper-division courses emphasizing writing and professional communication.
• Coordinate and administer the university's first-year writing program; oversee curriculum and program assessment.
• Mentor graduate students; supervise theses as applicable; contribute to scholarly activity.
