Location: Remote but must be local to NYC, Culver City, or Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6 months / 40 hour per week

Pay: up to $73.25/hr, DOE

Wrike Tool Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain workflows, blueprints, reports/dashboards, and request forms within the Wrike space
• Create & collaborate on documentation for Wrike users/super users
• Configure spaces to specifications, help both beginner and advanced users with troubleshooting issues and help teams optimize Wrike usage
• Use documentation to create template folder structure as needed for any new projects
• Follow Wrike software updates and cascade accordingly
• Liaise with the internal Wrike team about road map for Wrike features and integration with other internal tools
• Evaluate and optimize processes where needed
• Serve as the direct knowledge source for all questions about Wrike from the org
• Help team super users document best practices and onboarding
• Handle ongoing maintenance of existing and new user access and user groups

Wrike Tool Manager Qualifications: 2-5 years experience configuring and working within Wrike with expert-level knowledge of features, customization, and troubleshooting

• Experience onboarding and training new Wrike users
• Experience in building automation within Wrike based on user needs
• Ability to aggregate data for reporting between Wrike and outside data sets (without integration)
• Extremely organized with an acute attention to detail, with experience tracking, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data in easy-to-understand formats
• Experience in creating workflows and implementing process both inside and outside Wrike
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills, setting schedules and deadlines for yourself and others with ease
• Strong capacity to connect with others, achieve stakeholder alignment, and build productive, respectful working relationships based on integrity and trust
• Able to solve problems independently, with limited information at hand, and in collaboration with others
• Experience collaborating and driving projects with distributed teams (ie - not all in one location)
• Proficient in Numbers, Keynote and various collaboration software (ex - Quip, Slack)
• Project Management background
