Position Overview

We seek an experienced Wrike Consultant/Trainer to support the rollout and adoption of Wrike across our organization. The role involves working directly with new hires and existing staff to ensure effective use of the platform for tasks, reports, workflows, and communication.

This is a long-term, part-time position with flexible hours, involving weekly meetings over a 3–6 month training period per employee.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with leadership to understand business operations and tailor Wrike processes accordingly.
2. Provide training sessions to new hires and existing employees.
3. Develop and deliver customized training materials and documentation.
4. Serve as a Wrike expert and resource across the company.
5. Guide users through workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms.
6. Monitor adoption progress and adjust training approaches as needed.
7. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting during onboarding and usage.
8. Track engagement and report training outcomes to leadership.
9. Ensure comprehensive training on reporting procedures, including report generation, interpretation, and distribution.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience with Wrike (3+ years) in a training or consulting role.
2. Wrike Certifications (required).
3. Strong understanding of project management principles.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Ability to commit to weekly meetings over 3–6 months per employee.
7. Self-motivated and independent work ethic.

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience.
• 1099 Contractor position.
