This position works closely with our Wrestling supervisor and Programs Manager. Our wrestling program emphasizes teaching and mentoring athletes in physical strength and mental resilience. Athletes learn to compete by understanding how to use their strength, stay agile, and develop stamina and focus to outperform opponents.

Qualifications:

• Experience in wrestling and working with children aged 2 and older.
• Availability for classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 4:15 PM to 8:15 PM. A minimum of two days per week is required; three days preferred. Weekend availability during the wrestling season is a plus.

Coaching Responsibilities:

• Follow rotation schedules and curricula.
• Complete administrative duties such as attendance, safety checks, lesson plans, and progress reports.
• Bring a positive attitude to impact students and colleagues.
• Understand and focus on student retention.
• Maintain standard attire policies.

Compensation & Perks:

Salary Range: $16.50 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
