Gull Lake Community Schools is seeking a Middle School Head Wrestling Coach. The role requires prior coaching experience, a commitment to Saturdays, and the ability to develop a high-quality wrestling program for school-age athletes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, professional conduct, and strong communication while motivating students. Starting December 1, 2026, this position supports Gull Lake’s middle school athletics under the Assistant Human Resources department.

Qualificações

• Certified teacher preferred within Gull Lake Community Schools.
• 2+ years of wrestling coaching experience with offensive/defensive knowledge preferred.
• Prior coaching experience is required.
• Saturday commitment is required.
• Demonstrates patience and attention to detail.
• Experience working with school-age children is expected.
• Ability to motivate young athletes.
• Maintains a positive attitude and a high-quality program.
• Academic coursework beyond middle school is preferred.
• Professional conduct in all actions is expected.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 1.Prefer certified teacher from the Gull Lake Community Schools
• 2.Prefer 2 years of prior successful experience as a wrestling coach with knowledge in offensive and defensive techniques
• 3.Previous coaching experience required
• 4.Saturday commitment is required
• 5.Must demonstrate patience and attention to detail
• 6.Demonstrated successful experiences working with school age children
• 7.Ability to motivate young athletes
• 8.Have a positive attitude and ability to maintain a high level program
• 9.Prefer academic coursework beyond Middle School level
• 10Professional in personal conduct and actions
• 11.Excellent communication and organizational skills
