Rampart High School in Colorado Springs is seeking an athletic coach to lead and develop its sports program. You will schedule practices, plan sessions, and manage games in coordination with the Athletic Director and school staff.

The role focuses on athlete growth, safety, and adherence to district policies, while fostering a positive team culture and collaboration with parents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coaching certifications may be obtained upon acceptance.
• ASEP Certification, CHSAA Certification and NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification preferred/required.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and organizational skills for athletic program management.

Responsabilités

• Reports consistently for work as scheduled.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates knowledge of sport policies, rules, and game management strategies.
• Develops daily practice plans and long-term athlete progression.
• Communicates with Athletic Director, staff, athletes, and families.
• Maintains equipment inventories and facility supervision.
