Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASEP Certification, CHSAA Certification and NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification are required.
• Certifications may be obtained upon acceptance of the position.

Responsibilities

• Reports consistently for work as scheduled.
• Actively seeks feedback from supervisor and/or colleagues.
• Demonstrates knowledge of sport policies, rules, and game management strategies.
• Develops positive and respectful communications with stakeholders.
• Plans daily, weekly, monthly, and annual character development for all athletes.
• Produces detailed practice plans to develop skills and strategies.
• Supervises facilities and athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions.
