Job summary

FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. We are growing and seeking a Heavy-duty Wrecker Operator to join our team in Town of Bath, NY.

You will operate wreckers, work in all weather, and collaborate with teammates to ensure safe, efficient towing and recovery. Ideal candidates have a Class A CDL and a background in heavy-duty maintenance, with basic mechanical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with heavy-duty maintenance and repairs.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work daily on time.
• Maintain wrecker cleanliness.
• Work as a team in all weather conditions.
• Operate heavy-duty wrecker; towing and recovery.
• Rotator experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Basic mechanical abilities (air lines, drive shafts, etc.).
