Job description

Join to apply for the Wrapper Operator 3rd Shift role at BoDeans Baking Group.

This position is responsible for the operation of the wrapper and metal detector for safe packaging of wafers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the wrapper efficiently with minimal scrap and grind
• Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensure rolls of film stay on the wrapper
• Conduct changeovers for different wafer sizes and perform metal checks
• Ensure product quality requirements are met
• Record appropriate production reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing up to 30 pounds up to 10-12 times per hour
• Remain standing and walk among machines for 5 to 8 hours per day
• Regular twisting and turning throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic accurately
• Organized with high safety standards in the workspace
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Good work record and attendance
