Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Wrapper for the Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. This will be a 3/2 rotating night shift schedule from 7pm-7am: Sun/Wed/Thurs; Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat.
Additional $2.50/hr premium for NIGHT Shift only between the hours of 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium.
Key Responsibilities:
To effectively wrap skids into finished goods for storage in the warehouse.
Produce wrap skids
Create finished goods labels
Job check out
Responsible for boxing inventory rolls and skids from rewind
Maintains Department 5S Standards, including cleaning and stocking supplies
Responsible for keeping T-CART'S running for slitting
Responsible for keeping conveyor line cleared to keep slitters running
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Stand-up forklift experience required
Ability to be self-directed and multitask
Knowledge of production process
