Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and family-based coaching in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
• Support youth in developing emotional regulation, anger management, and coping skills.
• Build safe, trusting relationships and encourage skill practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Document progress and treatment planning for best outcomes.
• Support placement stability and reduce hospitalization or juvenile justice involvement.
• Schedule management to meet 3–5 clients at optimal times.
