Job summary

Children’s Institute seeks a licensed Therapist to complete clinical assessments and provide individual, child, family and group therapy across settings including home, school, telehealth, and office. You will use independent judgment to deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy within trauma-informed care frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with low-income children and families preferred.
• Must produce documentation in Standard English and maintain patient privacy (PHI).
• Must be able to travel extensively (>50% of the time) and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and provide therapy to individuals, families and groups.
• Maintain case notes and periodic reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Deliver services in home, school, telehealth or office as appropriate.
