Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. seeks a highly talented engineer to join the SBU application team for the Wafer Result Analytical (WRA) platform. You will leverage multidisciplinary expertise to maximize value for customers and support HVPs.

You will lead end-to-end activities, coordinate onsite beta/work, train customers, and collaborate with Dev, Product, and local support teams to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• BSc. / MSc. in Engineering required or equivalent.
• 2–10 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
• Metrology/Defect Review experience with ProVision/SEMVision preferred.
• Data analytics skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a deep understanding of customer technologies and identify customer HVPs, working with internal and external customers, suggesting potential solutions and accompanying till implementation - end to end responsibility.
• Manage customer feedback to continuously improve WRA value and performance.
• Provide technical leadership for complex and challenging WRA application related activities, guiding the team effectively.
• Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-sites activities (beta, SW upgrade, server install) ensuring high involvement in the scope of work (SOW) to meet the timeline.
• Lead technical review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and address any issues.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using the WRA and can maximize its benefits.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Dev team, Product Line Manager, Local account, local support, Product line) to ensure successful adoption and support for WRA.
• Oversee small project management activities to enhance SBU group effectiveness including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
