Job summary

Acuity International is seeking qualified trainers to conduct weapons systems refresher training and deliver classroom and range instruction for U.S. Department of State personnel. The role includes coordinating schedules, conducting required tests, and supporting protective security teams in austere environments.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with extensive training experience, a valid U.S. passport, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum 2 years as an instructor in a security field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a federal firearms instructor.
• Minimum 5 years in protective security assignments with 2+ years in supervision.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a U.S. passport with at least 6 months remaining.
• Clear English speaking and writing ability; pass the PRT during selection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for WPS III personnel.
• Coordinate refresher training and firearms re-qualifications for WPS III personnel.
• Assist protective security teams and support related tasks as required.
