Job summary

Cultura is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and modernize our core analytics applications used by FAFH CPG manufacturers. This role blends rich desktop UX with data-intensive workflows and cloud-backed services.

You will bring 3–5 years in WPF, C#, and .NET, with full-stack experience across UI, services, and data. Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms is a plus for this Massachusetts-based SaaS team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with a strong WPF, C#, and .NET foundation.
• 3+ years of full-stack development across UI, services, data, and integration.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs and enterprise data patterns.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance WPF-based analytics applications.
• Build full-stack features spanning UI, logic, and data access.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Services teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Integrate apps with cloud data platforms, APIs, and analytics services.
• Improve performance, usability, and maintainability of a mature codebase.
• Support active customers and contribute to modernization efforts.
