Job summary
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Product Development & Production Assistant to support the product lifecycle from concept handoff to production readiness. You will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Sourcing teams to keep BOMs, technical packages, and product records accurate across systems and calendars.
The role focuses on ensuring product integrity, cost management, and timely approvals, while supporting development milestones, trims, and sustainability
Qualifications
- BOM management, PLM documentation, and sustainability considerations within product development.
- Experience documenting and maintaining development records and technical packages.
- Familiarity with fit samples, costing, and production calendars.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), technical packages, and product development documentation within PLM and related systems.
- Track development milestones, prototypes, submits, and approvals to support on-time execution of seasonal calendars.
- Maintain accurate development records, trim documentation, sustainability requirements, and product information throughout the product lifecycle.
- Attend fittings as needed, document feedback, and coordinate follow-up actions with cross-functional partners.
- Monitor product costing, production data across PLM, SAP, and related platforms.
