Position Summary

Provides nursing and wound care on the SNF unit.

Working Conditions:

• Contact with residents/patients/visitors under a wide variety of circumstances


• May be exposed to infectious/contagious diseases


• Regularly exposed to risk of blood borne diseases


• Requires judgment/actions with could result in the death of a resident

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience:

• Current California Registered Nurse License(RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


• BLS Certification


• IV/Phlebotomy certification an advantage
