Job summary

Novant Health's Wound Clinic in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with wound care expertise for a full-time outpatient role. You will assess wounds, develop care plans, perform treatments, and educate patients while traveling among Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and Thomasville locations.

Requires 2 years wound care experience and current RN license in the state; associate degree required with BSN preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

• Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques

Responsibilities

• Assess, stage, and document wounds
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing)
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with providers and care teams
• Ensure infection control compliance
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
