As a Wound Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high‑quality wound care services to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatment plans for residents with complex wounds
• Conduct regular wound assessments and document findings accurately and thoroughly
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound care outcomes

Requirements
