Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon for a wound care practice in the U.S. This role emphasizes bedside wound management with clinical autonomy, offering a 30-hour work week for W2 physicians and comprehensive benefits.

Work is full-time Monday through Friday (7 am–4 pm) or part-time. The mobile practice covers facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, with weekly wound rounds and paid onboarding fellowship.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsabilités

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4–5 days.
• This is a mobile practice: visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day; treat ~20-30 patients daily.
• Paid Training during onboarding + 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship).
